Job summary

Thales Netherlands in Hengelo is seeking a Processing Software Integrator to oversee the coherence of radar software modules. You will integrate and test modules across teams, ensuring seamless operation of the real-time radar system.

The role emphasizes CI/CD practices and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model and strong focus on software quality. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software engineering/integration, with experience in C++, Java, Linux, and CI tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Computer Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering or software integration.
Experience with large, complex real-time software systems and continuous integration.
Experience with C++ and/or Java and Linux; Jenkins/Artifactory/Maven favored.

Responsibilities

Integrate and validate software modules within real-time radar processing systems.
Analyze integration issues and propose structural solutions for complex software integration problems.
Set up and maintain build, integration, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Artifactory.
Assess the impact of software changes and monitor technical quality and stability.
Collaborate closely with engineers and testers from various Scrum teams.
