Job summary

Thales Group in Hengelo, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Sensor Processing group to develop radar software for controls, transmissions and data processing.

You bring 5+ years in C++ and real-time software, Linux proficiency, and a HBO/WO degree in a technical field. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; you will work in Agile teams with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in C++ software development.
• Experience with Real-Time Software development.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Experience working as part of a large software development organization.
• Effective team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop radar software for controls, transmissions and data processing within Agile teams.
• Collaborate to maintain and evolve modular software architecture and toolchain.
• Contribute to system integration and performance improvements in a high-tech environment.
