Job summary

Allseas seeks a senior Lead QHSE Engineer to own the QHSE scope on offshore projects, working with project management and vessel teams. You will translate requirements into practical plans, processes and actions while coaching junior colleagues and maintaining hands-on involvement with offshore operations.

You will drive risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, ensuring adherence to client, contractual and regulatory requirements. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Safety, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant QHSE experience in offshore, marine, subsea, energy or high-risk projects.
• Proven ownership of QHSE within projects or operations.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, risk management and management systems.
• Health & Safety qualification such as Dutch HVK/IVK, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and ISM Code is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead QHSE direction for project teams and offshore operations.
• Own QHSE scope from preparation through mobilisation, execution and close-out.
• Lead or support QHSE audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement project-specific QHSE plans and deliverables.
• Advise stakeholders on QHSE risks, priorities and decisions.
