Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support preparation and execution of complex offshore projects. You will help ensure on-time delivery within budget while upholding the highest quality and HSE standards.

In non-commercial projects you’ll coordinate engineering, planning, supplier management and reporting. In commercial projects you’ll assist with scheduling, stakeholder management, contracting changes and cost control. Travel offshore may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil, Mechanical, Offshore Engineering, Economics, or Commerce.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience.
• Affinity with complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel and occasional offshore work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop detailed schedules from concept to commissioning and testing.
• Manage supplier relations and subcontractors for technical delivery.
• Monitor costs and man-hours; prepare forecasts and reports.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across project phases.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, asset management, operations, and HSE.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder contact to safeguard commercial agreements and permits.
