Job summary

HAL24K is seeking a Senior Python Developer to maintain and develop our server-side processes, ensuring performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end and other services. You will join an international team based in our Amsterdam offices and must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Key tasks include collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into features, writing clean, reusable Python code, and maintaining code quality, monitoring performance,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience with Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask or Pyramid).
• Strong understanding of scalable architectures and DD design.
• Experience with MongoDB and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Good written and verbal English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop server-side logic for high performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into features.
• Design, build and maintain reusable Python code.
