ClusterVision BV is seeking a senior Python software engineer to design and ship TrinityX, our open-source cluster management system. You will work on API endpoints, data models, and large-scale Linux-based deployments in a production environment near Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

You will own features end-to-end, diagnose production issues, and contribute to AI projects that augment Linux clusters with advanced analytics and automated troubleshooting. A strong backend focus and autonomy are required.

Formación

• You hold a Bachelor Degree or Higher (preferably in Computer Science or related fields).
• You are fluent in Python 3 — an absolute requirement for this role.
• You design and build software, APIs, and data models that live in a product for years.
• You know Linux well — internals, systemd, permissions and namespaces, packaging (RPM/DEB).

Responsabilidades

• Own TrinityX end to end: from idea to defensible architecture and shipped results.
• Design and build API endpoints, data models, and maintainable codebases for years.
• Work in the open; TrinityX is open source and visible to the HPC/AI community.
• Resolve production issues with root-cause analysis, patches and permanent solutions.
• Develop custom solutions for customers beyond the standard product.
• Contribute to AI work: LLMs, pipelines, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.
• Present work to colleagues, customers or at events.
• Set engineering standards: tests, packaging, CI, observability.
