Job summary

Neste Netherlands B.V. in Rotterdam seeks a Turnaround Lead Scheduler to drive schedule development, resource optimization and full integration of maintenance, operations and project activities.

You will lead constructability reviews, establish milestones, and coordinate with Procurement and Operations to deliver safe, on-time turnarounds that maximize equipment availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in process plant turnaround and maintenance, specifically planning/scheduling.
• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including contractors supervision and management.
• Familiar with turnaround phases from long-range planning to post-turnaround review.
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced turnaround environments.

Responsibilities

• Report scheduling status, completion estimates, and progress to Turnaround Steering Team.
• Document scope changes and update the schedule accordingly.
• Define scheduling basis and set scheduling process with key milestones.
• Lead constructability reviews and critical path analysis for optimization.
• Coordinate with TA Lead, Ops, Procurement and Contractors for integrated planning.
• Develop field schedule progress updates and deliver training on progress reporting.
