Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is a leading global consulting firm guiding complex projects in aerospace, automotive, rail and energy. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive PMO responsibilities, apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and a hybrid approach, and ensure successful delivery in a regulated international environment.

You will shape projects, lead cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with PMO, project control processes, and common project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects including timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches.
• Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders.

• Project Closure: Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft-Project is required
• Excellent English and Dutch skills
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment

Our salary is structured in following:

• Junior Level (1 year experience): 50.000 Euro
• Mid Level (1-4 years experience): 55.000 - 70.000 Euro
• Senior Level (Over 5 years experience) 75.000 Euro
