Job summary

Anteryon B.V. in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development projects in industrial environments.

You will manage the project plan, team, and communications with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires a mechanical engineering or physics background, 5+ years of project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project leadership/management in industrial environments.
• Experience managing development projects from design to mass production; mechanical engineering or physics background.
• Strong stakeholder management for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in setting up production and technology transfer.
• Excellent communication; fluent English and Dutch.
• Proven ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute development plan within time and budget.
• Manage the entire project including team; communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure internal alignment and monitor scope, timing, delivery, effort, risks.
• Create project documentation, process flows, routings, milestone checklists.
• Proactively propose process and product improvements.
