Job summary

Anteryon B.V. in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development projects in industrial environments.

You will manage the project plan, team, and communications with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires a mechanical engineering or physics background, 5+ years of project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project leadership/management in industrial environments.
• Experience managing development projects from design to mass production; mechanical engineering or physics background.
• Strong stakeholder management for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in setting up production and technology transfer.
• Excellent communication; fluent English and Dutch.
• Proven ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the development plan within time and budget constraints.
• Manage the entire project, including the project team, and communicate with internal and external customers and key suppliers.
• Ensure internal alignment across the organization and monitor the project scope, timing, delivery, effort, and risks.
• Responsible for creating project documentation, process flows, product routings, and milestone checklists.
• Proactively offer proposals for process and product improvements.

We are looking for

• Strong technical skills with over 5 years of experience in industrial environments as project leader / project manager.
• Extensive experience managing development projects from design to mass production, with a background in mechanical engineering or physics (optical background preferred but not required).
• Skilled in stakeholder management, both internal and external, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Experience in setting up production and technology transfer.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Proven project management expertise with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership responsibilities.
