Job summary

LJB & Co is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. You will lead project delivery and shape strategy across the programme, coordinating with clients and the main contractor to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres).

• Provide project leadership and delivery for a Data Centre construction project.
• Develop programme and construction strategy commitments.
• Lead and manage the project team and subcontractors.
• Coordinate interface with clients and main contractor.
• Oversee commercial terms and risk management.

We are currently partnering with a fully integrated infrastructure provider with proven success delivering the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on a Data Centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland.
