LJB & Co is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. You will lead project delivery and shape strategy across the programme, coordinating with clients and the main contractor to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 6+ years of experience on large-scale construction projects (data centres preferred) and a relevant degree. EU passport is preferred, with a comprehensive package including accommodation, rotation, flights, travel,

Qualifications

• Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background.
• Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres).
• EU Passport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and delivery for a Data Centre construction project.
• Develop programme and construction strategy commitments.
• Lead and manage the project team and subcontractors.
• Coordinate interface with clients and main contractor.
• Oversee commercial terms and risk management.
