Job summary

Trevett Services are partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to source a Senior Project Manager for a portfolio of Hyperscale Data Centres in the Netherlands.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will manage inception to completion projects valued €1m–€15m across Grey and White Space, delivering networks, storage, racks, power, data cables and associated electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering M&E projects.
• Experience managing P&L.
• Experience in Data Centres or Critical Environments.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly P&L; ensure overhead costs are accountable and recoverable.
• Carry out monthly forecasting; ensure margins and regional plan.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc financial and operational reports for leadership.

Senior Project Manager / Head of Projects

Data Centre – Netherlands

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to source a Senior Project Managers for a portfolio of Hyperscale Data Centres in the Netherlands.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will responsible for managing inception to completion projects ranging in value from €1m - €15m across Grey and White Space

Working across a number of Hyperscale Data Centres, the Project Managers will be responsible for the delivery of projects across the following packages: Network switches and routing equipment, Storage systems (SAN/NAS), Racks and cabinets, Power distribution systems as well as Data Cables, ICT and all associated electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly P&L; ensure all overhead costs are fully accountable and recoverable, and that the role is self-funding.


• Carry out monthly forecasting; ensure projects are delivered at the right margins and the regional annual plan is met or exceeded.


• Produce monthly and ad hoc financial and operational reports for the Regional Projects Director and Business Unit leadership.

About You:

• You will have a proven track record of delivering M&E projects (essential)


• Experience of managing P&L is essential


• Experience of working in Data Centres or other such Critical Environments (essential)


• Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders (essential)


• You will have a degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
