Job summary

Spacewell, a Nemetschek brand, is seeking a Project Manager in the Professional Services department to lead and execute strategic client projects. You will partner with clients to implement solutions, optimize business processes, and mentor junior colleagues for organizational growth.

You will guide end-to-end implementations, manage planning and delivery, and ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, or PM.
• 8+ years of project management and consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Axxerion software and BPM methodologies.
• Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to project management.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• Oversee task delegation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate market developments into actionable opportunities for the organization.

About the Role

The mission of the Project Manager is to lead, manage, and execute projects within the Professional Services department. • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding communication skillset - both verbal and written Dutch French and English.
