Job summary

Spacewell International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, manage and execute projects within the Professional Services department. You will partner with clients to ensure successful implementations while optimizing business processes and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements. Hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and opportunities to grow with Spacewell await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of PM and consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Axxerion and business process optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of PM frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementations from planning to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and strategic PM alignment.
• Oversee task delegation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate market developments into actionable opportunities for the organization.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes and status updates.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the organization.
