Spacewell International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, manage and execute projects within the Professional Services department. You will partner with clients to ensure successful implementations while optimizing business processes and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of PM and consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Axxerion and business process optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of PM frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in Dutch, French, and English.

• Lead end-to-end project implementations from planning to delivery.

About the Role

The mission of the Project Manager is to lead, manage, and execute projects within the Professional Services department. The Project Manager acts as a business partner for clients, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions while optimizing business processes. • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding communication skillset - both verbal and written Dutch French and English.
