Vention Technologies BV in Eindhoven seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware, software and IoT development from concept to production. You will mentor engineers, manage stakeholders at multiple levels, and drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 8+ years proven hardware/software project management experience.
• HBO/WO level education in engineering, electronics, computer science or technical business.
• Industry PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with a strong client focus.
• Structured, proactive organizer with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job description

Vention Technologies is seeking a proactive and highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end product development from initial concept to final production. In this role, you will orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders on various levels, and seamlessly zoom in and zoom out, taking various perspectives in achieving results.

What you will do

• Lead Complex Projects: Steer high-impact, multi-disciplinary hardware, software, and IoT development cycles from initial sketch and prototyping through to final production.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary, trusted communication link between high-profile clients, internal engineering, and external manufacturing partners.

• Control Delivery & Budgets: Take full ownership of project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budgets using agile methodologies, leveraging the Wockel platform for maximum efficiency.

• Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and coach junior and medior project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ to 8+ years of proven track record in technical project management, successfully delivering hardware/software integrations or complex embedded systems.

• Education: HBO/WO level of thinking and working, ideally with a degree in an engineering, electronics, computer science, or technical business field.

• Certifications: Possess industry-recognized project management certifications, such as PMP (PMI), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum Product Owner / Scrum Master.

• Skills: A highly structured, proactive organizer, fluent in both Dutch and English, strong client focus, who effortlessly understand the language of clients and high-tech engineers.
