Job summary

Jobmatix is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead the financial cycle for major CAPEX offshore projects. You will partner with project management to deliver robust business cases and ensure cost control across project structures.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree with at least 5 years in project control, and is fluent in English with Dutch as a plus. Hybrid working is offered with pension, training, and performance-based salary raises.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years experience in project control, preferably CAPEX projects.
Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management.
Provide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases.
Establish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels.
Prepare monthly cash flow projections.
Analyze and interpret budget variances.
Coordinate planning processes for complex investment projects.
Deliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams.
Identify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency.
