Job summary

Van Oord’s OFE Finance & Control team in Gorinchem seeks a Project Controller for the SRI product group. You serve as the financial conscience and business partner to project managers, delivering monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting to enable informed decisions.

You’ll drive digitalisation, data quality and process improvement while collaborating with international colleagues to support the growth of energy infrastructure today and tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in an international business environment.
• Experience in project control, accounting and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with financial decision support.
• Affinity with data, automation and process improvement; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Report debtor balances monthly and provide cashflow forecasts.
• Report balance sheet and P&L for SRI projects and local entities; budget and forecast.
• Act as sparring partner for project managers and advise on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with local accountants to ensure compliance and annual accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to digitalisation and data quality improvements.
