Vermilion Energy Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Senior Controller based in Harlingen or Amsterdam, NL. The role reports to the Finance Manager and focuses on budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis across CAPEX, OPEX and G&A.

You will lead financial reviews for JVs and ensure robust financial governance. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in finance/FP&A, strong Excel proficiency, and experience with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or FP&A roles.
• Experience in energy/oil & gas/industrial/project-based sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate, report on budgets and forecasts across CAPEX, OPEX, and G&A.
• Manage AFE and project processes, supporting long-range planning and business case analysis.
• Support operated joint ventures with reporting, budgets, investments, and cost-recovery optimization.
