Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Senior Programmatic Specialist to lead planning, execution and optimization of full-funnel programmatic campaigns across Display, YouTube, DV360 and Google Ads. You will build large-scale media plans, drive optimization, and collaborate with cross-country teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will bring 4-6+ years of hands-on programmatic experience, strong analytics, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, particularly within DV360, Google Ads, YouTube and Display advertising.
• Strong experience managing moderate to large-scale B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple stages of the customer journey.
• Advanced knowledge of DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Channable and DoubleClick Studio.
• Proven expertise in audience targeting, real-time bidding (RTB), inventory management, dynamic remarketing and prospecting strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI and performance measurement frameworks.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and optimization of full-funnel programmatic campaigns across Display, YouTube, DV360 and Google Ads.
• Build and manage large-scale media plans aligned with objectives and KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPL, CPA).
• Monitor performance and implement optimization opportunities (audience, bidding, creative, budget).
• Serve as internal expert for DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and YouTube advertising; advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists, Analytics teams and local marketing to deliver operational excellence.
• Produce performance reports, post-campaign analyses and recommendations for stakeholders.
