Job summary

ennovationHUB is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to own performance for one brand across international markets. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, focusing on ROAS and profitability while collaborating with analytics, creative, and dev teams.

You should bring 2+ years of hands-on ecommerce Google Ads experience, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English. The role offers remote work with periodic travel to team locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business with responsibility for performance and profitability.
• Strong experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• In-house e-commerce experience, not agency/consultant/freelancer.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Willing to travel periodically for planning sessions and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple markets.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other types.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability.
• Collaborate with analytics, developers, and creative teams to ensure accurate tracking and landing page effectiveness.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audiences.
• Conduct audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Stay current with platform developments and AI-driven advertising features.
