Job summary
Ayvens is seeking an experienced Senior Programmatic Specialist to lead and optimize programmatic media buying across multiple markets. You will be the expert for Display, Online Video, and YouTube advertising, driving performance through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and data-driven optimization.
You will collaborate with Paid Media, Analytics, Designers and Local Marketing teams to deliver scalable, standardized programmatic practices and insightful post-campaign analyses for
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on programmatic experience in DV360, Google Ads, YouTube and Display.
- Strong ability to optimize campaigns across full funnel and drive KPI performance.
- Experience collaborating with multiple markets and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution and optimization of full-funnel programmatic campaigns across Display, YouTube, DV360 and Google Ads.
- Build and manage large-scale media plans with KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPL, CPA).
- Monitor performance, identify optimizations, adjust audience, bidding, creative and budget.
- Serve as internal expert for DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and YouTube advertising.
- Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists, Analytics teams, Designers and Local Marketing Teams.
- Produce performance reports, analyses and recommendations for country stakeholders and leaders.
- Drive automation, standardization and scalability while mentoring juniors.
