Job summary
Planet is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Professional Services for Defense and Intelligence to guide strategy and execution across teams. This hybrid role requires presence in Berlin, Haarlem, or London offices three days per week and involves leading a global customer-focused professional services team.
You will own technical delivery, foster agile practices, and shape long-term headcount and recruiting to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in GIS, CS, Remote Sensing, Geography or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred for the role.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and unblock dynamic situations.
- Experience influencing customer decisions at multiple organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Professional Services Solutions architects, deployment strategists and Software Engineers.
- Guide strategy and execution for multiple projects across time horizons.
- Lead technical delivery and ensure projects align with global business and tech requirements.
- Oversee multiple major projects ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
