Planet Labs is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Professional Services for Defense and Intelligence to guide strategy and execution across multiple projects and workstreams. You will lead global customer engagements and ensure successful outcomes at scale.

This full‑time hybrid role offers offices in Haarlem, Berlin or London, requires 6+ years of relevant experience, a strong geospatial background, and proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to deliver high‑impact defense

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience and 4+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Geography, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience delivering geospatial solutions for defense/intelligence contexts.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategy and execution across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight for the Professional Services team and manage global customer engagements.
• Work in a full-time hybrid setting with offices in Haarlem, Berlin or London 3 days per week.
