Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Senior Product Project Manager in the NL region to lead cross-functional innovation projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality through lifecycle stages. You’ll own project documentation, track progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch, and drive reviews and post-launch evaluations.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, with 5+ in a PMO role handling complex programs, and a strong background in engineering,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, with 5+ years in a PMO role handling complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end on innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and quality up to 6-8 months post-launch.
• Be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Foster accountability and transparency within the project team and lead corrective actions for quality issues.
