Job summary

Versuni, Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Product Manager One Up to lead end-to-end development for Home Care products. You will define value propositions, set specifications, and drive LCM decisions while aligning with strategic objectives.

You will work with UX, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure consumer satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead complex, technology-intensive innovation programs, manage budgets and timelines, and continuously elevate the portfolio's

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in product management.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Product (sub-)Category Strategy and translate into project specs.
• Benchmark competitors at same price points to optimize competitiveness.
• Create a compelling Value Proposition and business case with ROI insights.
• Collaborate with Project Leader, UX, Marketing, and Quality teams through development and post-launch.
