Versuni is seeking a Project Manager to lead product innovation projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget results.

You will drive end-to-end project leadership, maintain accountability for outputs, and report progress pre-launch and post-launch. The role emphasizes continual improvement, transparent communication, and strong problem-solving across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with 5+ years in a PMO role.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and at the targeted quality level.
• Be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within your functional project team.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the lifecycle management phase.
