About the role

As a Project Manager at Versuni, you will lead impactful projects that shape the future of Coffee home appliances. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product innovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and excellence in product offerings.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the project team end-to-end on innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and at the targeted quality level, up to 6-8 months post new product introduction launch.
• Be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within your functional project team.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the lifecycle management phase.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 7+ years in project management, with 5+ years in a PMO role handling complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
