GoodHabitz is building a growing content platform and we seek a leader who can own the content services layer, contracts, and tenancy. This role interfaces across learner and admin surfaces, ensures scalable content delivery, and shapes the platform layer for years to come.

You will work with senior engineers and security specialists to drive decisions, prioritize sequencing of modernization, and articulate trade-offs with clarity for executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience with content management as a product, e.g., CMS, DAM, or structured content system at scale.
• Experience owning platform or infrastructure adjacent products; value measured by what others build, not features.
• Ability to read architecture proposals, ask clarifying questions, and distinguish researched answers from fluent ones.
• Ability to engage with senior engineers, infrastructure engineers and security specialists to drive design decisions.
• Think in seams—understand contracts between systems, guarantees, and reversible decisions.
• Experience sequencing platform modernization while maintaining ongoing customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the content services layer that serves learner and admin surfaces, including delivery path (CDN/video) and storage.
• Own the structural contract for content storage, versioning and serving for reuse across customers.
• Own multi-tenant separation to keep each customer's content and branding isolated.
• Own access, entitlements and data residency commitments across the platform.
• Own performance and cost-per-tenant to ensure scalable, cost-effective operation.
• Assist in migrating from incumbent tools while ensuring ongoing revenue and stability.
