Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management within a complex technology environment.
• Track record of leading strategic product initiatives across domains.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Order Realization.
• Lead discovery and delivery across sourcing, fulfilment, capacity utilisation and logistics cost reduction.
• Partner with stakeholders across Logistics, Consumer & Partner Journey, Warehousing and Capacity Planning.
• Drive initiatives that improve order sourcing qualities that shoppers experience for every order.
• Guide the team in balancing short-term business outcomes with long-term platform investments.
