Job summary

bol is seeking a Senior Product Manager Order Realization in Utrecht. You will shape how orders are sourced, shipped, bundled, cancelled and fulfilled, balancing customer experience with cost and reliability.

You will work with engineers, analysts and process engineers to define the future of a strategic logistics capability, driving cross-team initiatives and measurable impact.

You’ll work with engineers, analysts, logistical process engineers and your Engineering Manager to define the future of a strategically important logistics capability.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Order Realization.
• Lead discovery and delivery across sourcing, fulfilment, capacity utilisation and logistics cost reduction.
• Partner with stakeholders across Logistics, Consumer & Partner Journey, Warehousing and Capacity Planning.
• Drive initiatives that improve order sourcing qualities that our shoppers experience for every order. This includes timely fulfilment, efficient picking and packing, preventing impact of operational hiccups, at the lowest cost in a scalable way
• Guide the team in balancing short-term business outcomes with long-term platform investments.
