Sendcloud in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Shipping Intelligence & Support Automation to shape the data-driven post-purchase roadmap. You will balance near-term wins with long-term bets, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science and Customer Support, and turn merchant pain into scalable AI-powered features.
Define vision, run continuous discovery, and measure impact on delivery reliability and support efficiency, while communicating progress to leadership and key
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with shipping/logistics exposure.
- Experience leading large-scale, end-to-end projects on time in demanding environments.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-driven features to drive product value.
- Strong commercial sense and understanding of how carrier performance impacts growth.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for Shipping Intelligence and Support Automation.
- Lead discovery through user interviews and data analysis, including AI-driven insights.
- Improve delivery predictability and reduce tickets via intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Support to scale features.
- Ensure ROI by aligning roadmap with business goals and data analysis.
- Act as strategic consultant to Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams.
