Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Power Conversion Systems (PCS). You will define the global PCS product vision, drive strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams worldwide.

This strategic role requires deep technical and market knowledge, balancing customer needs with quality, cost, and performance while leading across Americas, EMEA, and APAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or related field.
• Significant experience in Product Management within power electronics or energy tech.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into product strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own global PCS product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Define priorities from customer needs, market trends, and technology advances.
• Align PCS plans with overall product and technology strategy.
• Coordinate across Americas, EMEA, and APAC with global product coherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Translate market and system-level requirements into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to define capabilities, targets, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, Service.
• Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and guidance.
• Drive standardization, product simplification, and continuous improvement.
