Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience to lead the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) stream. You will drive the platform's evolution, shift engineering from fragmented flows to a cohesive, automated ecosystem, and balance innovation with reliability across a global footprint.

You’ll partner with IDP engineers to bridge AI models with our architecture, define adoption paths, and measure ROI through DXI and velocity metrics, while ensuring secure guardrails and scalable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in Platform Engineering, DevEx, or AI-enabled tech products.
• Able to spar with engineers on system architecture and CI/CD constraints.
• Master of change management and driving adoption in technical environments.
• Data-driven with ability to translate feedback into impact metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key stream of the IDP platform evolution to reduce cognitive load and toil.
• Own product lifecycle, ensure adoption paths and value propositions for core tools.
• Bridge AI model context with Adyen architecture; roll out standards and pipelines.
