Job summary

Adyen is seeking a product and marketing leader to head the Digital Experiences team, owning the public website and self-service demotool, collaborating with engineering in an Agile environment.

You will lead four product managers and one product designer, driving web performance, demotool adoption, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver scalable digital experiences from Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management & marketing; minimum 3 years leading teams.
• Proven experience managing B2B websites that drive revenue through optimization.
• Strong data literacy; adept with web analytics, measuring web vitals and impact.

Responsibilities

• Product vision and strategy: Own global roadmap for public web properties and demo capabilities.
• Leading your team: Manage four product managers and one product designer; set expectations and develop with autonomy.
• Drive web performance: Transform public site into a demand-generation engine with CRO and testing.
• Drive demotool adoption: Improve self-serve experience and enable diverse internal use cases.
• Forge cross-functional partnerships: Align digital experience with brand, marketing, engineering and sales.
• Own the web and demotool MarTech stack: Maintain and optimize CMS, translations and tracking across platforms.
