Versuni in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Semi-Auto and Baristina lines. You will shape product strategy, translate consumer needs into compelling concepts, and own development from ideation to launch.

You’ll benchmark competitors, build business cases, and partner with R&D, Design, UX Research, Quality and Supply to optimize profitability, portfolio mix and lifecycle management across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience developing physical consumer products.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch and post-launch improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to translate insights into compelling product propositions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and translate category strategy into product concepts and requirements.
• Act as product expert for Baristina and Semi-Auto, benchmarking competitors to strengthen competitiveness.
• Build business cases evaluating sales, profitability and investment.
• Represent consumer perspectives across R&D, Design, UX Research, Quality and Supply to deliver the intended product and consumer experience.
• Define validation and testing approaches using UX Research and market feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Manage lifecycle activities including range improvements and portfolio mix.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design to translate propositions into consumer-facing communications and support launches.
• Identify opportunities for future Baristina and Semi-Auto experiences.
