Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Product Director for Baristina & New Coffee Experiences to shape the product portfolio from ideation to market readiness. You will translate global coffee trends into a clear roadmap across NPI, upgrades, and extensions, while balancing desirability, viability, and feasibility.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle, including value proposition, pricing, cost, IP, and post-launch performance. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, category management, or leadership.
• Strong ability to define strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver results.
• Experience in coffee, beverage systems, or premium consumer experiences is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify white spaces and scalable opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment in pricing, range architecture, and market activation.
• Ability to translate insights into value propositions and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, portfolio roadmap, and product projects for Baristina and new experiences.
• Own portfolio metrics: turnover, margins, market share, product performance.
• Translate insights into value propositions, requirements, and claims.
• Build viable roadmaps with business cases, pricing, range, and investments.
• Lead NPI delivery with cost, timing, quality, and launch readiness.
• Lead product performance management including post-launch improvements.
• Develop and coach a team of Product Managers and PMs.
