Job summary

Versuni, home to renowned coffee brands, seeks a Product Director for Baristina and new coffee experiences. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Baristina, steering the portfolio from concept through launch and scale across espresso, milk drinks, and premium home coffee experiences.

You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle including pricing, claims, IP, and post-launch performance, while managing a diverse team and collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Design, Finance, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, category management, innovation, or business leadership.
• Strong product leadership with ability to define strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver business results.
• Experience in coffee, beverage systems, or premium consumer experiences is strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify white spaces and turn trends into scalable opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment including pricing, range architecture, margin management, and market activation.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, portfolio roadmap, and product project portfolio for Baristina, semi-auto, manual coffee, and new coffee experiences.
• Own portfolio results, including turnover, margin, and market share, and drive product performance.
• Translate consumer insights and coffee trends into strong value propositions and experience principles.
• Lead NPI delivery, ensuring cost, timing, quality, and launch readiness targets are met.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Project Managers, with clear decision-making.
