Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery and delivery of AI-enabled workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries.

Based in the United Kingdom with a global remit, you will collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to validate opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, fieldserviceor enterprise software solutions.
• Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery,deliveryand adoption.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management,labourcompliance, payrollintegrationor workforce analytics.
• Understanding ofoperationally intensive industries such as Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Field Service.
• Experience working with global customers.
• Strong communication, stakeholdermanagementand customer engagement skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience with workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, payroll,HCMor operational workforce solutions.
• Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities,manufacturingor other project-centric industries.
• Understanding ofworkforce productivity, compliance,payrolland workforce analytics.
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
• Familiarity with AI,automationand agentic experiences.
• Experience establishingdesign partner or customer co-innovationprogrammes.
• Degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computerscienceora relateddiscipline.
