Qualifications

Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, fieldserviceor enterprise software solutions.

Experiencecontributing to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery,deliveryand adoption.

Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management,labourcompliance, payrollintegrationor workforce analytics.

Understanding ofoperationally intensive industries such as Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Field Service.

Experience working with global customers

Strong communication, stakeholdermanagementand customer engagement skills.

Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.

Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Experience with workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, payroll,HCMor operational workforce solutions.

Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities,manufacturingor other project-centric industries.

Understanding ofworkforce productivity, compliance,payrolland workforce analytics.

Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
