You will bridge science end-users, R&D, software engineering and commercial teams to drive innovation at the intersection of tech and plant science.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience in B2B software/hardware.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and product lifecycle ownership.
• Experience translating complex user needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-year product roadmaps for software and hardware.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements, specs and user stories.
• Define pricing models and collaborate with Marketing and Sales on launches.
• Pilot, validate and co-develop next-generation products with researchers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and define KPIs for product releases.
