Job summary

Phenospex is seeking a curious Plant Science Specialist – Sales to connect advanced plant science with our digital phenotyping technology. You will engage researchers worldwide, translating complex science into practical applications that add value for science teams.

You’ll start with science-first outreach, qualify opportunities, and work with the senior commercial team to showcase live demonstrations. A growth-minded English speaker is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Plant Science, Biology, Agronomy, Agricultural Biotechnology or related life sciences.
• Solid knowledge of plant physiology, research methodologies and plant applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Growth-oriented mindset blending science with high-tech sales.
• Motivation to learn commercial skills in a B2B ag-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Scientific outreach & discovery via phone and digital channels with researchers and plant scientists worldwide.
• Application alignment to understand customer experiments and project requirements.
• Account & stakeholder navigation to identify decision-makers and build relationships.
• Pipeline development with technical discovery and live product demonstrations.
• Collaborative growth with sales, application and marketing teams to refine messaging.
