You will work at the intersection of product, operations, engineering, and AI to deliver intelligent systems with measurable business impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into concrete architectures, and drive AI-powered initiatives while collaborating with offices in Cologne and Sevenum.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager in leading end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to translate complex requirements into clear architectures.
• Hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve business challenges and accelerate product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth.
• Transform complex regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures for engineering teams.
• Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and delivering solutions from concept to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through AI-based solutions.
• Validate and improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping using AI tools to scale high-impact solutions.
