Acture Groep in Nijmegen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive development of the Absence Management platform. You will shape the product strategy, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations and Leadership, and lead the transition toward a unified product ecosystem.

The role requires building scalable platform capabilities, defining the roadmap, and establishing product-led ways of working to maximize value for customers and the business.
