Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group in Utrecht seeks an experienced Product Manager who takes ownership of problems end-to-end, from discovery and experimentation through to delivery and impact measurement.

You’ll own initiatives, use data and customer insight to identify opportunities, design experiments, and work with a cross-functional squad to drive measurable improvements. Visa support is available, but you must be based in the NL to qualify.

• Designing and running experiments, then using the results to guide decisions.
• Working closely with Engineering, Design, BI, Growth and Commercial teams.
• Leading a cross-functional squad and taking ownership of agreed OKRs.
• Connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes such as conversion, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Someone who can clearly articulate their thinking and confidently challenge assumptions.

Job description

This role is suited to an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a problem end-to-end.

These aren't roadmap-admin roles. You'll have genuine ownership of product problems, from discovery and experimentation through to delivery and measuring impact.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding customer behavior, shaping hypotheses, running experiments and working with a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable improvements.

You’ll be involved in:

• Owning product initiatives from discovery through to delivery and measurement
• Using data, research and customer insight to identify opportunities and friction
• Designing and running experiments, then using the results to guide decisions
• Working closely with Engineering, Design, BI, Growth and Commercial teams
• Leading a cross-functional squad and taking ownership of agreed OKRs
• Connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes such as conversion, engagement, retention and revenue
• 4–5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience owning products or initiatives independently
• Strong data literacy and experience using experimentation to make decisions
• A good understanding of product metrics, funnels and commercial outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• Someone who can clearly articulate their thinking and confidently challenge assumptions
• Marketplace, B2B, B2C, consumer or growth-product experience is highly relevant

• We offer HSM VISA support for this role but you must be based in the NL already to qualify.
