Job summary

Allynce is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the migration to the group platform and guide both the website and marketing automation teams through the next six months. You will align stakeholders, deliver a unified roadmap, and define the post-migration strategy focused on customer outcomes.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, Legal & Risk, and marketing to ensure on-time delivery while managing risks and releasing with confidence.

Qualifications

Job description

One of the Netherlands' best-known consumer organisations is deep into its digital transformation. Two teams are in the middle of work that can't slip, neither has a product manager right now. The webiste team is moving two high-traffic brand websites off a legacy CMS and onto the group's new Storyblok platform, including the pages customers care about most. The marketing automation team builds and runs the journeys, campaign flows and Next Best Action. We're looking for a senior Product Manager who takes ownership in week one, steers both teams through the next six months and hands over in good shape.

What You'll Do

• Own product direction: finish the migration to the group platform, switch off the old CMS, and move the most critical content over on time with no incidents.
• Make sure regulatory changes reach the sites on time, aligning marketing, Legal & Risk and the platform teams around hard decisions.
• Build one roadmap that both the team and its stakeholders recognise, with dates you stand behind.
• Define what comes after the migration: a proposal built on customer outcomes, not projects.
• Give the marketing automation team a working intake, a 2027 roadmap and steering metrics with a baseline.

What You Bring

• Senior product experience with real presence. You own outcomes (the what, the why and the when), not tasks.
• At least one platform or CMS migration delivered under a hard deadline. CRM or marketing automation experience is a strong plus.
• The ability to align several stakeholders around a hard decision, and to say no with a reason, including to senior people. No surprises, and the point comes first.
• You decide without having all the information, remove blockers in days and judge release readiness with confidence.
• You steer on one metric per team and link it to business KPIs.
• You work in tandem with engineering managers and lead developers, and build trust quickly in a team that's new to you.
• You're comfortable in a marketing-driven, non-technical organisation.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Practical Details

• Six months, full-time, starting as soon as possible
• Selection: three short conversations (Product CoE, engineering leads, Head of Product). No assignment.
