Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group is seeking a hands-on Product Manager in the Netherlands to lead high-volume experiments, translate data insights into opportunities, and deliver measurable products. You will communicate clearly, collaborate with engineering, design, BI, growth, and commercial teams, and own OKRs from discovery to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Product Management experience, a strong ability to articulate thinking and challenge assumptions, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning products or initiatives independently.
• Strong data literacy and using experimentation to make decisions.
• Good understanding of product metrics, funnels and commercial outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Marketplace, B2B, B2C, consumer or growth-product experience is highly relevant.

I'm hiring a hands-on Product Manager who has run a high volume of product experiments, is highly data-driven, can take an experiment from identifying an opportunity in the data through to delivery and measuring the result, and is an excellent communicator.
