WeTravel in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the Trips domain, from the trip page to content and the AI engine that crafts it. You will lead a content team and report to C-level executives, shaping strategy and delivery for multi-day travel offerings.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM, travel industry knowledge, strong cross-functional leadership, growth mindset, and the ability to ship product-led commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably leading domain teams.
• Track record of shipping product-led outcomes in fast-growing environments.
• Strong travel industry knowledge and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trips domain end-to-end: the trip page, content library, and the AI engine that crafts it, overseeing the content specialists.
• Design, build, and launch features to enable dynamic Trip Builder, day-by-day itineraries, high-conversion pages, and proposals.
• Lead content strategy and regional prioritization, managing the content team and aligning with C-level executives.
