PVH Corp. in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Development Manager, Women’s Footwear – Casual to lead end-to-end development of assigned footwear categories from concept to production.

You will translate design intent into technically feasible, commercially viable products while balancing aesthetics, fit, comfort, performance, quality, sustainability and cost. Fluency in English is essential; Italian, Portuguese or Mandarin are a plus.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of related experience in footwear product development and/or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent industry training or relevant experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Independently own end-to-end development of assigned Women’s Footwear categories and styles.
• Translate design and merchandising intent into clear development requirements.
• Establish seasonal development plan and critical path with global partners.
• Lead costing and value-engineering discussions to meet margin targets.
• Resolve complex technical and manufacturing issues with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across Design, Merchandising, Materials, Costing, Testing and Sourcing.
